If Act50's one-time Fix or Agency purchase doesn't do what we promised, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. We may ask what went wrong so we can improve.
Optional monitoring is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate partial months, but if you were charged in error we'll refund it.
Email support@act50.eu from the address used at purchase, with your order reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
These terms don't affect any statutory consumer rights you have under applicable law, including EU consumer protection rules where they apply.
